You know there are some really really dope artists on Instagram and other social media platforms who I feel are SO dope, but sometimes are just off in the Cut chillin’. This week I would like to highlight Hair Artist Donte Jeffery!
Donte is a dope stylist and he also owns his own salon in Southfield Michigan called Donte Foil Salon. Owning a salon is no easy task especially when your working for yourself with a full clientele all while educating other stylists. If I had to describe Donte’s work it would be detailed and silky! Donte specializes in short haircuts and color. He also has a few products for retail of his own such as a growth oil and a serum for shine. Not many stylists focus on customer service as much as we used to these days. Donte seems to know exactly how important customer care is when servicing the public. If you were to go to Donte’s salon, you would be sure to have a warm greeting from his receptionist, a service that’s geared towards putting you first as well as helping you to relax as he transforms you in the process.
Make sure that you book in advance with this artist, because his book stays full and clients are usually required to schedule in advance. That's the sign of a very talented artist. I had the pleasure of meeting Donte on one of his visits to Los Angeles and he was a pleasure to meet. A warm spirit and someone who definitely stays focused on education and keeping things current and modern.
