I have decided to create Artist Spotlight. Twice a month I am going to showcase in my weekly newsletter, great hairstylists from different cities throughout the country. 😉
My boos ask me all the time, who can do their hair in their local city? So I'm now browsing and showcasing what I find to be the best of the best in different cities. If you're an Artist and have really dope work; let me see! 😁
The August Artist Spotlight is Billie Ross of Dallas Texas. I love her attention to detail and her creativity!
I also love that she makes maintaining the health of her clients' hair look so effortless. This is one of my favorite healthy hairstylists! Not to mention, she is SO cool and down to earth y’all 😁
